Richard (President) called the meeting to Order at 7:38pm.
Announcements:
Old Business:Treasurer's Report submitted and approved.
The "Find-a-field" committee spokesperson (Sebastian Verrier) announced that the club is working with a realtor, and at the moment has three different properties in consideration. They are all located in Jefferson County, the closest is approximately 5mi east of the current field.
Ron Whichel expressed some concerns about looking for a new field. It was reminded to the membership, that though we currently hold a 2yr lease with the county for our current field, that we can loose it with a 30 day notice as stated in a clause in the lease. The committee is currently "looking" just as a back up plan.
New Business:

The pilots/Instructors that did make it had great weather and look forward to next year's event. A special thanks to John Clark, James Cowart, and Paul Lawerence for helping with concessions.
Martin Brungard was not present to comment on the soaring contest.
Theo Titus gave a short presentation in an effort to spark some interest in IMAA. (International Miniature Aircraft Association)
